  • Propeller-Ø 18.9'' - 25.2''
  • Ex-motors of rated output 5.5 hp (6-poles / 1,160 rpm) / 10.0 hp (1,750 rpm), 60 Hz
  • Tube Ø 4 x 0.23'' in ss304 or ss316
  • Installation depth up to 19' beneath substrate level
  • Authorized for ex-Zone 1 within the tank 
  • ss304-stainless steel version of tube and sealing plate, optional ss316
  • Fast installation outside the tank - also afterwards
  • POM protection to minimize abrasion

Application:

The Giantmix FR Light has been specially designed for small concrete- or steel  tanks to optimize the biological processes in fermenters and end storage tanks with nearly constant substrate levels.

Easy maintenance:

A strong advantage of the Giantmix FR light design is that most maintenance can be performed from the outside, without having to open or shut down the digester.
