Customers now have the opportunity to purchase all agitator types for biogas plants directly from us. You receive a comprehensive stirring concept with perfectly matched stirring technology. For this step, SUMA is entering into a co-operation with Steverding Rührwerkstechnik, one of the leading manufacturers of paddle agitators. Steverding's many years of experience are reflected in absolutely reliable and well-engineered products. In addition to a SUMA in-house development, further Steverding paddle agitators are also available – including the SUMA plant concept, know-how and our service. No matter which technology is used, customers now have a single point of contact for the agitation technology of their biogas plants. In many processes, the use of different agitator types makes a decisive difference to the agitation result. The combination of long-axis agitator, submersible mixer and paddle agitator guarantees optimal mixing of the substrate even under the most difficult conditions.
The slow-running paddle mixers complement the rod and submersible mixers from SUMA to stir up floating and sinking layers in demanding processes. Highly viscous media can be optimally mixed.
The paddle agitators are suitable for fermenters, post-fermenters and digestate storage tanks with an installation height of up to 12.0 metres. The agitators can be used in a wide variety of container types and geometries made of steel or concrete. The agitators are available in horizontal and vertical versions. Robust 3-stage planetary gearboxes ensure a long service life and reliable operation.
The agitators can be further adapted to specific requirements using different paddle geometries, thus delivering the best agitation results.
Accessories such as film protection, permanent lubrication and much more complete the extensive range.
