This week, we welcomed the Marketing Club Allgäu and its guests to our company. Not only were we able to share exciting insights into our production, but we also allowed them to take a very personal look behind the scenes of SUMA's generational change.
Lena Undeutsch, Managing Director of SUMA, and her mother Eva Thürwächter, member of the management board, spoke openly about planning the generational change, working with a management consultancy, and actively involving family and employees.
