From 1 January 2026, Thomas Pielucha will take over responsibility for the company's global sales.
The 47-year-old brings with him more than 25 years of sales experience, including eight years as sales manager for OEM engines and engines in rail vehicles at Zeppelin Power Systems GmbH - a leading international supplier of drive and energy systems and official partner of Caterpillar. There, he played a key role in the strategic expansion of customers and partners and has extensive expertise in national and international business.
In his new role at SUMA, he will be responsible for strategic sales management, including application support and business development. A particular focus will be on internationalisation, customer-centric activities and the growing energy market.
