Since the company was founded in 1957, well over 130,000 agitators have been sold. With our headquarters in Sulzberg/Germany, we are active worldwide with an export share of about 67 %. Our agitators are used in 66 different countries.

Our PRESSURA pumps are the logical addition to the SUMA mixing technology range. We offer a perfectly matched system of mixer and pump for stirring, mixing, homogenising, transferring and filling.

SUMA stands for quality and know-how. We cover the entire value chain almost exclusively at the Sulzberg site. Thanks to the highest quality standards, we guarantee a long product service life and easy and quick maintenance. The typical SUMA modular design allows you to replace only individual components even after many years.

Individual solutions for customer's requirements

Our mixers are suitable for biogas, agricultural or industrial plants and can be operated electrically or in the agricultural sector by tractor.
With our products we ensure that the milieu conditions are optimally positioned to achieve the highest possible output in your biogas tank.
With a temperature of between 37 and 42°C the best growth of methane bacteria takes place.
Through our long-axis agitators and submersible motors the optimal temperature distribution in the tank is reached. This leads to a higher biogas yield and guarantees high process stability.
In addition, the fermentation and the distribution of nutrients and vitamins to the supply of micro-organisms are ensured by agitating with the SUMA agitators.
You can use our products at pH-values between 5.5% and 8.5% within the fermenter.
+160 employees and apprentices are working on your desired requests to implement and generate solutions for a wide variety of challenges for more than 65 years.

 

Completely „Made in Sulzberg"

The engineering department develops and designs all agitators in house and uses the own test basin to receive further information about the behavior of the propeller. Thereby the propeller geometry can be optimized continually.
The flow simulations can also be used to dimensioning your future plant to establish the most ideal use of the agitators.
Furthermore, the engineering department supplies data sheets including installation information on request, with the aid of this data it is possible to get important information about the products in advance.
Because customer's benefit and customer satisfaction have highest priority for us, we offer also step-by-step installation and repair instructions with on-site installation images and 3D views, clearly spare parts lists and operating instructions.
As a result of the high demand our tutorials are available in German as well as in English for our international customers.
