The REKORDMIX B1 was specially developed for biogas and industrial plants that consist of covered or open lagoons. Subsequent installation is possible with the help of illustrated assembly instructions.

Vertical adjustment:

The vertical height adjustment of the agitator is done by means of a top link.

Gas tightness:

The gas-tight feed-through of the agitator pipe is attached to the film by means of an EPDM membrane with ring flanges. This decouples the agitator from the film and prevents the risk of cracks forming due to vibrations.

Design:

Long-axis agitator with electric motor, agitator pipe with bearing/seal unit in a low-maintenance modular design. An attached oil equalisation tank is used for lubrication and leak monitoring.

The scope of delivery includes a stirrer holder for mounting the stirrer on the customer's concrete foundation.
