3,000 euros for SUMA employees

In view of inflation and high energy costs, SUMA has decided to relieve its employees. Starting in January, full-time employees will receive the maximum amount of the inflation compensation bonus of €3,000 in monthly instalments. Apprentices are also included in the voluntary benefit. The tax-free special bonus is already a very effective way of helping out the staff. Furthermore, to support employees, employees and trainees will receive a pay increase from the middle of the year.

"Our employees are our most valuable resource. We are pleased to be able to support them with the inflation compensation bonus and the wage increase in the current situation with rising costs of living," says Eva Thürwächter, responsible for People, Culture & Corporate Identity at SUMA.

The inflation compensation bonus is part of the third relief package, which was approved on September 3, 2022. Since October 26, 2022, employers can grant their employees an amount of up to 3,000 euros free of tax and contributions.
